ScubaGeek Canada is pleased to be adding two new sets of products to our lineup and inventory. Selected items will be coming into stock in the coming weeks and all products are available for order from these new product lineups.

Submerge Inc Scooters have been used for over 10 years by the Cave and Technical Diving community.  We are pleased to be adding these products and will be stocking accessories and parts for this product line.  Some products are already available on our website.

Submerge Scooter and DPVs are avilalable in two types

These are SLA (Sealed Lead Acid) based scooters and available in a range of sizes from the UV-18 through to the UV-4.  These scooters are considered the work horse of the Submerge Inc product line.  The SLA scooters provide long burn times with a relatively long warning time when the batteries are nearing their discharge limit. SLA scooters also have a very low self discharge.

The NiMH scooters are smaller and lighter than the UV scooters,and utilize the same proven drive train of the UV series.  The NiMH batteries although lighter have a somewhat higher self discharge, and give less warning of the batteries being discharged as compared to the UV scooters. These scooters are preferred by divers who want the lower weight of this series for use on boats and for dive travel.

Sartek Lighting Products consists of a broad range of products including handheld, canister and video lighting.  Sartek has been manufacturing lighting products for over 10 years, and their canister lights have an excellent reputation for quality and reliabilty within the technical diving community. Sartek canister lights have done away with the tear prone toggle switches and now utilize an extremely reliable  twist on/off switch mechanism. This twist to turn mechanism also reduces the chances of accidentally turning the lights on or off.

Sartek canister lights are available in a variety of types and sizes from 10W through to 150W HIDs. Canisters are avaialble with latched lids and screw top configurations.  Canisters are available in both Acylic or PVC.

Sartek has a number of high output handheld LED lights including the 220 lumen EBL 2200
